This updated course from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy teaches everything new students require to become fully certified as an aesthetician and open their own business, with no prerequisites other than a high school diploma.

Laval, Canada - June 5, 2023 /PressCable/ —
The Dermysk Medical Aesthetic Academy is offering updated aesthetician courses for new students, which include information about running a medical aesthetic clinic, such as the legal and regulatory considerations, an overview of the industry, and a range of proven business strategies.
Further details about individual courses, business strategies, and the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy
The new courses, which are available at Basic, Advanced, and Master level, each include training and certification in up to a dozen medical aesthetic procedures, as well as modules that cover dealing with customers, and how to handle complications. The Basic course has been optimized to help new students begin a new career, or a new business as an aesthetician, and can be completed in as little as a few months by dedicated students.
The updated courses use a combination of online learning and practical training, which allows students to complete much of their course from home, at their own pace, before attending the practical training sessions at the Academy. During this one-week hands-on training portion, students will gain experience working with medical aesthetic tools and completing procedures, while supervised by a Dermysk specialist.
After completion of the Academy’s Basic training program, students will be fully certified to perform common aesthetic procedures, including radiofrequency rejuvenation, acne treatments, and laser hair or tattoo removal. They will also be given access to the Dermysk Academy’s after-graduate support, which can help them to further improve their skills or access career opportunities.
While the Basic course has no prerequisites other than a high school diploma or some form of relevant job experience, the Advanced training program requires either 5 years of industry experience or graduation from the Basic training. Alternatively, students may choose to enroll in the Master level course, which includes the Basic and Advanced skills, as well as exclusive training not available elsewhere.
Graduates of the Master level training will receive a Master Of Medical Aesthetics certificate and will be fully trained and experienced in even the most complex procedures, aside from injectable cosmetics. While the Dermysk Academy does teach several courses which cover injectable treatments, these programs are restricted to licensed nurses, physicians, and medical professionals.
One recent graduate explained, “I have to say the new staff are amazing. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and they want to ensure you have a great experience. My instructor… took time to explain and teach us everything that will help us succeed in our future careers. Very impressed with my experience.”
