TNSC Ltd Offers New Services To Provide ICT Support For Schools

June 03, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - TNSC Ltd, a business based in Farnham, Surrey, UK, has announced that they are offering new services to provide information and communications technology (ICT) support for schools. They want to point out that they are capable of providing everything that is need for school ICT support, from sourcing and installing the appropriate software to maintaining the school’s internet connectivity, to providing ICT equipment, 24/7 support, and everything else that is needed for ICT infrastructure management. More information about the ICT support schools can expect from the company can be gleaned from https://www.tnsc.co.uk/ict-support-for-schools.

Vicki Watson, head of marketing at TNSC Ltd, says, “We offer wide-reaching ICT services for schools rather than catering to only one specific area of the educations sector. This is because we believe every school should have access to support they can depend on, regardless of their status, size or budget. We understand that our role as an ICT provider for schools is vital. A failing IT system can put pupils’ education at risk, wasting valuable time and leaving teachers and students without the tools they need. This is why we ensure we have a reliable, experienced team who you can trust.”

When it comes to ICT for schools, Vicki Watson points out that there is a need for a customized service. What may be applicable for businesses will not necessarily be applicable for ICT solutions for schools. Thus, before anything else, the company will get to know the school better and find out the IT school support requirements, the current problems of the school with regards to ICT, and any limitations that they may have. After that, the team of experienced professionals will take into account all the information that has been gathered to craft the proper ICT support services that they will need to provide.

Because schools need specialist school ICT services, they supply software packages that have been specifically designed for schools and colleges. These software packages have been tested to be reliable and suitable for the unique requirements of the education sector.

In terms of equipment, their ICT solutions for schools will consider those devices that are not usually used in the commercial sector such as interactive whiteboards and projectors. And to provide schools with some idea of what they are able to provide, they have compiled a collection of case studies from the work that they have completed in the education sector. These include the outsourced IT and consultancy service that they provided for a grammar school in the South of England for a system with 100 users; the outsourced IT and consultancy solution that they offered for a state secondary school for a system with 45 users; and ICT support for a system of hosted desktops for an independent school in the South East of England with 120 users.

Meanwhile, TNSC Ltd also offers cloud computing and hosted services. In view of the emergence of fast internet connectivity and virtualisation technologies, cloud computing has become feasible and many organisations are now taking advantage of the benefits offered by cloud computing. These benefits include the fact there is no need for a large capital expenditure every few years; the provision of consistent experience from any workstation located anywhere; a reduction in the need for in-house IT knowledge and staff; and per-user pricing, which means that they only pay for what they need. TNSC will also offer expert advice on how to best utilise all that the cloud can provide and the kinds of systems that will work for the client. The company will take into account the client’s budget, organisation size, future plans, and other factors that can affect their cloud computing goals.

From their base in Farnham, Surrey, TNSC Ltd has been offering ICT support for schools by providing IT network support, proactive network monitoring, software and hardware supply and installation, and general IT consultancy to UK clients for more than 15 years.
