Thanks to Josie and Tinamarie, the Josie Network owners, the Road to the Josie Music Awards is always paved with exciting surprises.

Nashville, Tennessee Jun 8, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - The 7th Annual Josie Music Awards Entertainer of the Year Nominees were announced by The Josie Music Association on Sunday, June 6th. This is an incredibly coveted category of the "Josies" as it is all-inclusive focusing on Entertainment from sound recordings to live performances.  The industry deciding panel reviews all nominees from the Male Artist of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Duo of the Year, and Group of the Year categories to seek those that qualify for the Entertainer of the Year nominations.

"We are just in awe of the talent in this category again this year.  Because of the pandemic, we weren't sure if this category would be included this year, but after watching music artists find ways to perform from online to their apartment balconies and many still safely performing live that Josie, Tinamarie, and the deciding panel chose to keep the category in place this year by also adding a review of 2019 performances to see history of performance, along with 2020 and early 2021 performance opportunities artists created" said Josie and Tinamarie. Full details on how candidates are reviewed can be found on the official Josie Music Awards website along with the 2021 nomination list.

In speaking with Josie and Tinamarie we discovered that there will be two major announcements made at this year's Josie Music Awards Ceremony.

The Josie Music Awards is the largest privately-owned, independent, multi-genre, National, and International music award show.  The JMAs are attended by thousands around the world and this year they will all be celebrating at The Country Tonite Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for two days of events on September 17th and 18th.

You will not want to miss these two days filled with red carpet excitement, award presentations, performances, surprise announcements, special guest appearances, Independent Country Music Hall of Fame Inductees, and it all begins a day early with multiple events including an all-ages vocal competition.
