Maintaining fellowship status, Dr. Rotter is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD), and the American College of Mohs Surgery (FACMS).
Prior to moving to the Sunshine State, he was the owner of a private practice in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Over the course of 30 years, he not only built a thriving practice but also founded the only state-licensed outpatient surgical hospital dedicated exclusively to skin cancer surgery in Virginia.
