Los Angeles, United States - January 12, 2018 /PressCable/ —
Plumbing service Rocket Plumbing, in Los Angeles, has reached a coveted goal of having a 5 star review score on Yelp. Local businesses since Yelp’s founding in 2004 have wrestled with the new marketing landscape in which review sites have so much influence. Surveys in 2017 have shown that as much as 85% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. Consumers read an average of 7 reviews before trusting a business.
Rocket Plumbing Los Angeles received 2 new positive reviews in December, pushing their review score from 4.9 to 5 full stars, an accomplishment for any local business with significant monthly volume.
“Rocket Plumbing has my highest recommendation! This is the second time that I have used them for different properties that I manage. I called in the morning and in a few hours two professional, qualified plumbers were here. Brian and Jose were professional, kind, qualified and able to diagnose the plumbing issue and offer a solution. I am very pleased with the high quality of work performed at a reasonable cost”, said Yelp reviewer Steven T. on December 7, 2017.
Brian McMahon, proprietor of Rocket Plumbing LLC stated “The Plumbing industry, like most home improvement and repair services, requires interfacing with our customers directly in their homes and offices. I take great pride and effort in making sure any emergency plumber representing Rocket Plumbing conducts themselves with utmost professionalism and consideration for our customers when enduring a plumbing emergency. And that includes just being personable, friendly and as flexible as possible with their schedules where a plumbing repair must be completed rocket fast. We feel that attention to detail reflects in our review scores. We intend to maintain this high quality of customer service in our proven approach for anyone who will want the best plumber in Los Angeles working on their water heater, clean their drains, or replace a garbage disposal in 2018.”
