MANILA, Philippines — Butcher Boy has earned a Bib Gourmand distinction in the 2027 Michelin Guide Philippines, moving up from its Michelin-Selected status in the 2026 edition and joining a select group of restaurants recognized for serving quality food at accessible prices.
