Unconventional agency Premium SEO has been shaking up the New Zealand digital marketing world in recent years – and now they’re expanding into Australia.
Auckland, New Zealand - May 6, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —
New Zealand digital marketing agency Premium SEO NZ is setting up shop in Melbourne to bring their unique brand of search engine marketing to an Australian client base.
“We’ve become known in NZ as the company you go to when you just want a result,” said founder Tom McSherry. “Every client in the market has been burned. Everyone has a horror story. We’re the ones you come to when you just want it done right, when you want to be in the top three. We’re the only ones around that get it done and get it done consistently.”
Now the same flavor of results-driven organic search marketing will be available to business owners through Premium SEO Melbourne, with a planned rollout to Sydney and Brisbane following within the next two years.
Premium has built its name in New Zealand on its ability to achieve top three Google rankings for difficult keywords for clients.
“A lot of the big agencies in NZ are running scared because the gravy train is over,” McSherry said. “They used to be able to charge huge fees and deliver no real results, thanks to a bit of smoke and mirrors. They can’t get away with that anymore. Clients are more aware now. There’s a real, effective product on the market now and if you can’t get results, your days are numbered.”
“The best part is that we practice what we preach. We use the exact same strategy ourselves that we use for clients,” he said.
“And we’re beating agencies with ten times the resources, ten times the marketing budget. That’s the power of good strategy.”
Premium have caused controversy in recent years by loudly criticizing the business models and aggressive sales tactics of competitors, claiming that many agencies are over-charging clients to cover their bloated cost structures.
“It’s a cliché to say you’re the ‘Uber of something,’ but we really are the ‘Uber of SEO,’” McSherry said. “We run an extremely lightweight, low-cost operation. Agencies spending hundreds of thousands on overheads are going to find it very hard to compete.”
