Kratos is loosely based on one of the Greek gods, Kratos, in Greek mythology. In the story, there are winged warriors that helped Zeus defeat Kronos, the main villain. Kratos is the brother of Nike (The Goddess of Victory). Kratos was Zeus's main line of defense because he personified power and strength. Hence the practice's motto: " Power and Strength Conquer Adversity".  Kratos' symbol is the Omega, hence the omega intertwined in the symbol.

Graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Business, and Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2008, Dr. Reddy went on to further his education. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2013 and completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at St. Barnabas Hospital in 2016. His training included orthopedic surgery of the lower extremity, arthroscopic treatment, wound care, orthotics and bracing, infection management, routine diabetic screenings, pediatric care, and palliative care.

A Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS), the doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). The ABPM exists to offer podiatric physicians a comprehensive board qualification and certification process.

Specializing in podiatric medicine and surgery, Dr. Reddy is affiliated with Texas Health Hospital Rockwall. He also has volunteer experience as a surgeon with Crippled Children's Project, which is a part of the International Foot and Ankle Foundation.

Podiatry is a branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis, and medical and surgical treatment of a variety of disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower extremity. A podiatrist, also known as a podiatric physician or a foot and ankle surgeon, is a medical professional devoted to the treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower extremities. They can treat injuries and complications from ongoing health issues like diabetes.

On a more personal note, Dr. Reddy speaks both English and Telugu.
