Plano TX Painters Continually Looking for Even More Ways to Satisfy Their Customers

March 10, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Plano-based Spray Tex Painting is a company that has earned a reputation for providing quality painting services that are combined with good old-fashioned customer service. It’s something this company emphasizes every single day that its highly professional crews are out fulfilling painting contracts for their clients. But it’s also a company that is never happy just resting on its laurels. Spray Tex Painting is continually looking for even more ways to satisfy its customers. Evidence of this is that the company has just created a new field supervisor program/position. A move that is expected to further enhance this reputable painting company’s overall performance.

A company representative, Mason Marquis, says, “We are a Plano company that realizes that it takes more than just quality work and good customer service to remain among the most sought-after painting contractors in the North Dallas area. This means we have to be creative when it comes to finding new ways to stay ahead of our competition. Our new field supervisor program/position is a great example of that.”

Marquis went on to talk about some of the goals that they have for this newly created position that will help the company improve quality assurance and quality control by having a representative in the field checking these areas on their jobs. Something that they hope will lead to such things as decreasing project costs, increasing further the overall quality of their work, and leading to even higher company ratings & customer satisfaction. He says that any time they can create a position that establishes a win-win situation for all those involved, it’s a no-brainer to go ahead and do so. He also assured Spray Tex Painting’s customers that this newly created field supervisor position will not lead to additional costs on estimates. The company knows that becoming even more reputable than they already are, is something that will lead to more work volume which can easily cover the salary of this new position.

This proactive business approach has led the company to receive over 100 5-star reviews on its Google Maps Business Listing. Dianne James proclaimed, “From the time we first talked to Tanya at Spray Tex Painting, we could tell this company was customer service oriented. Sam came by within a couple of hours that same day to give us a quote. The color consultant, Cynthia helped us choose the colors we wanted. The crew that worked on the house was professional and friendly. Working from home is difficult when every room of your house is to be painted, but the project manager, Melanie made it a much easier transition by communicating how and when each room would be done. She was also very good at explaining details we would never have thought to ask. From the beginning to the final walk-through with Melanie, we were convinced that we chose the perfect company, Spray Tex, for our project.”

Alicia TenBrink stated, “I definitely will recommend Spray Tex painting to anyone looking to have painting done. They are very quick and do high-quality work! From the first call to job completion, it was only two weeks! A project which included difficult popcorn scraping off the ceilings of the whole house followed by an interior paint job. The staff I worked with was awesome! Brent, the project manager is extremely personable and helpful. Carlos and his team are very skilled and efficient. They even adapted quickly to a last-minute change without adding time or cost. Absolutely, great company!” Spray Tex Painting has also been recognized by numerous local awards such as HomeAdvisor’s Elite Service Award and they have a BBB best A+ rating.

Marquis added, “We are a family-owned and operated painting company in Plano, TX serving the Dallas Fort Worth area. From single rooms to whole homes, we get the job done right the first time. The many glowing reviews that have been left on our painting services are proof that we can back that statement up.” Those that want to know more about the services that Spray Tex Painting of Plano offers can contact them by phone, email, or by using the form that’s found on its website.
