Charleston-based residential fire protection company welcomes Dawn Lohr as Builder Partnerships Manager to strengthen relationships with custom home builders throughout the Lowcountry.

In her new role, Lohr will focus on developing and supporting relationships with custom home builders, developers and other residential construction professionals throughout the Charleston area and surrounding Lowcountry.
As Phoenix Distributing continues expanding its residential fire sprinkler capabilities and builder-focused services, Lohr will serve as an important connection between the company and the residential construction community. Her responsibilities will include builder outreach, relationship development, educational initiatives and helping construction professionals better understand the planning and coordination involved in incorporating residential fire sprinkler systems into new homes.
