Richardson TX - September 12, 2016 /MarketersMedia/ —
Paw Tracker and Founder Daniel Bagwell are pleased to announce that support and customer service come along with the purchase of the pet GPS tracker. The app is free and works both in iOS and Android. The device is light enough at 40 grams that it doesn't interfere with the activities of pets, even small ones. It is waterproof and shockproof. Owners have peace-of-mind about the whereabouts of pets who may accidentally stray from their safe locale.
The device has a 72-hour battery life, depending upon the settings. It logs GPS readings from 10 second intervals to one-hour intervals. There are multiple types of notifications, such as one that notifies the owner if the device is moved outside owner-set boundaries. Although many owners are using microchips to help locate their pets, in practice, there are many barriers to a successful restoration of the pet with the owner.
“The development of GPS technology” according to Bagwell, “has made it possible to define the location of the tracker to easily and affordably. The tracker has a lifetime replacement guarantee and the monthly subscription fee is a small price to pay to have a well-loved pet back in the household. If you have experienced the loss of a pet, you will understand how such a device could have made a very different outcome to the tale. ”
He continues “I wish this technology had been available a decade ago, when a beloved pet of mine disappeared and was never found.”
Since GPS technology is global and affordable, every pet owner can make use of the software and the equipment to track pets. Although the tracker was designed to be clipped to the collar of a dog or cat, it can easily be used for other purposes. The device can be clipped to a car, to a child's backpack while traveling to and from the schoolyard.
