Panside Heating and Air was founded in July 2022, but its story starts earlier. After a hurricane tore through his home, founder Lee Quick was left with ruined ductwork and no budget to hire someone to replace it. He rebuilt the system himself and discovered he had a real skill for the work. Before moving into HVAC, he spent about 25 years across the building trades, framing houses, working on high-rise construction, wiring electrical systems, running remodels and handling plumbing. He has now spent eight years focused on heating and cooling.
