This is the first book Haight has authored. The book was written to help people take spiritual authority in their daily lives. There’s also particular excitement about this launch because it will unveil a way of mindful living that’s a complete game changer, helping people to resolve overwhelming inner disharmony such as like fear, anger, depression, and anxiety, ultimately giving people real authority over their mind.
The Unbound Soul sets its main focus on people who are seeking to live inspired lives. Readers will likely find a particular interest in the teachings about the frequencies of mind and consciousness, which was described by one early reviewer as being “eminently mind-blowing and empowering”.
Richard Haight has a background in martial arts, meditation and healing arts. This helped shape the creation of the book by inspiring the author to understand the sources of disharmony within the individual that limits their ability to live vibrant and inspired lives. Through understanding this inner disharmony, one is able to transcend it, removing the barriers that separate spiritual awareness and daily life.
When asked about why he wrote the book, Haight said: “After I began teaching intensive meditation courses and seeing the incredible impact that these courses were having on participants, I knew I had to reach as many people as quickly as possible with this information, and a book felt like a good way to do it”.
Haight has hopes that the book will inspire people to take a look at the inner workings of their lives, so that they may simultaneously find inner-peace and inspiration. This positive outlook from the author is certainly testament to his optimism considering some of the mishaps during its creation. For example, after trying to produce his own book cover-art to save on costs, he realized that as a color-blind person he was way out of his league. Haight ultimately decided to hire a professional to create the beautiful cover that graces the book now.
In a recent interview, the author made a point of thanking his students for their many questions which inspired much of the content for this book. He also thanked his many financial contributors who provided funding for publishing. He finished by thanking his martial arts instructor, Osaki Shizen, from Japan, “for his unconditioned support and instruction without which this book could not have been written”.
