Moving can be a difficult time for seniors and their families. Aside from the emotions that relocating can stir up, the process can also be wrought with many delicate issues to navigate. True Friends Moving Company’s fully licensed and insured crews provide compassionate, personalized, and secure services in order to lighten some of the burdens that moving brings.
True Friends Moving Company’s crew takes care of every detail. Pre-move, they can pack and label any belongings and boxes that need transporting. They can also disassemble and reassemble any furniture, as well as disconnect and reconnect any appliances. While moving items, they’re also careful to use protective coverings and paddings to ensure floors, walls, and furniture remain intact.
In addition to the crew, seniors and families who take advantage of True Friends Moving Company’s services will be put in contact with a Move Manager. This person is the single point of contact throughout the move, ensuring that all moving services are carried out to the customer’s specifications and satisfaction.
To help streamline the process, True Friends Moving Company recommends that, where possible, seniors and their families and friends try and do as much preparation as they can manage. This can involve packing, labeling boxes, de-cluttering, and selling unwanted items. If needed, True Friends Moving Company can also remove unwanted but usable household items at no extra charge.
“True Friends Moving is a great company,” said a satisfied customer. “They helped my father with his long-distance move so he could be closer to me as he got older. They are very detail-oriented, stayed in constant contact with me leading up to the moving and during the move, and the guys who executed the move were just amazing.”
