WICHITA, Kansas, December 5, 2017— This year has been an interesting year for Realtors and the real estate industry in South Central Kansas. There has been a shortage of homes going on the market which has resulted in a seller-positive selling situation. For those in the community that are thinking about selling their home, now is a great time. Sellers have been consistently getting their asking price for their property in the past 9-12 months.
Diana Burress has capitalized on these changes by making a brokerage change to Platinum Realty. Platinum Realty was founded in Kansas City, MO and has been ranked in the 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America six times. In 2010 it was named the fastest-growing real estate company in America. The Wichita branch is located at 499 S. Main St.
Diana Burress has been an active Realtor in South Central Kansas for the past 10 years. She has lived in the Wichita, KS metro area her entire life and has previously been a Realtor at Mark Sudduth Realty of Augusta and, most recently, RE/MAX on the Move. She has worked primarily in Augusta, Andover, Rose Hill, Benton, Douglass, Towanda and Derby for most of those years, but is excited to expand her influence into other areas. Throughout her 10 years as an agent she has listed and sold dozens of properties, so is well-versed in the real estate transaction. All her clients benefit from her years of experience and her connections with others around the area. Diana has been active in both her local and real estate community through volunteer programs and extended learning opportunities.
When asked about her recent move Diana commented, “I was ready to make a change but wasn’t sure the route that I wanted to go. Now that I can see the opportunity that I will have to enhance my clients experience I am sure that I made the right decision.”
The move to Platinum Realty will benefit Diana Burress’ real estate clients because the company is focused around bringing the sometimes antiquated processes of real estate transactions forward by utilizing technology. This utilization will enhance the customer experience with automatic updates, electronic signatures and having all the tools they need at their fingertips through their smart phone. This will create more transparency for the clients throughout the entire transaction.
