Kay Plumbing of Lexington SC Announces Office Relocation and Expansion

Kay Plumbing has relocated its office from Columbia SC to nearby Lexington, due to an expansion in the volume and scope of services offered. New remodeling services are now available and the larger building will showcase a gallery with the latest trends in decorative plumbing.

This past July, Kay Plumbing Services relocated its Columbia, South Carolina office to a building in the neighboring town of Lexington. The relocation will allow for further expansion as the company grows in size and in the types of services being offered. According to owner Konrad Orzechowski, “The new building will enable us to grow our business as well as serve our customers more fully by offering new remodeling services. For example, in the main room we will showcase a gallery where customers will be able to view the smartest trends in decorative plumbing and hardware. Regardless of whether they’re looking for a full plumbing remodel or simply want to update an old faucet, we will be able to serve them better.”
The new 4,000 square foot building includes a front office, warehouse, a showroom, and a private conference room that seats 10. “Our employees are so excited about the new location and the great things happening at Kay Plumbing Services. The business is thriving and we know much of our success is due to the wonderful co-workers and the loyal customers that we get to serve. We appreciate that they trust the care of their homes and businesses to Kay,” said Jennifer Earle, Kay Plumbing’s new business manager.
An open house will be announced once the showcase gallery is completed. In the meantime, the company is looking for additional licensed plumbers who wish to become a part of the Kay Plumbing family.

Kay Plumbing was founded in 2008 by second-generation plumber Konrad Orzechowski. While a student at Lublin University in Poland, he majored in physics, but remains passionate about plumbing. Today, the business employs four full-time plumbers, a master plumber, an office manager, and two dispatchers. Over the years Kay has won numerous local business awards, including the “Pulse of the City” award in 2016 and the “Talk of the Town” award in 2012 and 2013.
