New York City, Jul 16, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Mental clarity is a gift; however, it is a gift only one can give themselves. Because even though external efforts from others can help, it still boils down to one's internal will. And having been a victim to rock bottom's wrath, this is something Stan had to learn the hard way.
Stanley David Pearson II, an award-winning bilingual mindset expert, is the leading authority on virtual engagement for small businesses and entrepreneurs. He is known for showing people how to take their skills and craft them into an exclusive marketing brand that resembles their uniqueness. With his warm and dynamic personality, people would think that Stan always had life easy. But walking down memory lane, one could see that this bubbly figure had his fair share of struggles and challenges.
Right after getting out of college, Stan moved to Texas and worked at a university while trying to earn himself another degree. With his studies on the one hand and his job on another, it would seem that he was spreading himself too thin. However, he surprised everyone when he decided to open a Latin dance studio on top of everything he was already juggling. And while the studio experience was terrific, it did not click with him as much as he hoped.
Setting out to the next phase of his life, Stan landed a job at a good-paying consulting firm. For a brief moment, he thought things were finally starting to look up. He did everything that was asked of him at work and even had the right set of skills to deliver his tasks. So when he got laid off with only two weeks worth of severance pay, everything came crumbling down. And for the first time in his life, he felt lost and stuck.
Stan did not know how brutally real mental health issues could be until one happened to him firsthand. For quite some time, he was in a state of depression. But what seemed like the worst defeat that anyone could go through ended up being the impetus for Stan to give his life a much-needed reset. With a clearer headspace and a tenacious spirit, he found his ultimate life purpose - to be a source of inspiration and hope.
With his newfound mission, Stan understood that there are two things once cannot live without - breathing and diversity. So in a literal and figurative sense, these two essentials became the cornerstone for his brainchild called "Breathe Diversity, LLC."
Over the last several years, Stan has been the most sought-after spokesperson in the virtual engagement space. If anyone wanted to develop and improve themselves or their businesses, they could give Stanley a tap and ask for help.
On fire with his blazing passion to reignite dimming lives, the go-getter traveled across the country and started interviewing celebrities for their own success stories. And using his insights from these interviews, he coaches individuals into becoming their most authentic selves despite the false identities society has imposed upon them.
Continually becoming a candle in the dark, Stan created Mental Flight School, which is more affectionately known as "Netflix for Leaders." He is also the chief visionary for Virtualize Your Enterprise, where he helps entrepreneurs elevate themselves and their businesses.
