The sale encompasses Go Wireless Inc.'s approximately 625 Verizon retail agent doors. Following the transaction, Victra will have nearly 1,600 retail locations across 49 states in the U.S.
Kevin Elder, Chairman of Go Wireless Holdings, Inc., said "It was the appropriate time for us to exit the wireless retail agent business and focus on our remaining investments, including our insurance divisions (Cell Brokerage and Cell Adjustments), as well as our wireless repair business, FixIT Mobile, which has approximately 30 locations.
