Ember & Brune continues to support Habitat for Humanity with regular donations.
Glen Ellyn, IL, United States - February 14, 2023 —

Ember & Brune design-build company is making regular donations to Habitat for Humanity in DuPage County, IL and will continue its active involvement with the charity. The non-profit organization picked up the latest donation from Ember & Brune on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Inspired by the organization's enormous potential to make a difference, Ember & Brune decided to join in and give back in an impactful way, and has never looked back.
Habitat for Humanity International is a US non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for families in need and reducing housing poverty. The organization operates in all 50 states and over 70 countries and works to build and renovate homes, offers community development programs and services, and advocates for affordable housing.
Brandie McCoy, Ember & Brune founder said: “Every year, instead of holiday gifts, we choose a different charity to donate to. But DuPage Habitat for Humanity is especially important to us and we work with them on a regular basis. It is an organization dedicated to creating equal housing opportunities in the local communities. We work closely with Habitat for Humanity on each project to keep as much out of the dumpster as possible.”
Habitat for Humanity’s inventory consists of new, like-new, gently used building materials, appliances, and household furniture donated by companies. These items are then resold at affordable prices, and the proceeds are used to fund all other activities of DuPage Habitat.
Ms. McCoy continued, “Our company values sustainability and environmental responsibility, and this partnership allows us to make a positive impact in both areas. We’re proud to support such an important cause and we look forward to continuing our partnership with DuPage Habitat for Humanity in the future.”
