Riverdale, GA, United States - December 30, 2022 —

LaShun Teboh is a life coach that has dedicated her life to serving as a guiding light for women lost in the darkness of depression, low self-esteem, weight issues, and overall mental health deterioration. She illuminates the way to self-discovery, weight loss, healing, self-love, and a reconnection with one's spirit. The realities of life can sometimes take a toll on a person's mental health.

LaShun Teboh has dedicated her life to helping women draw back their energies to the present and take the necessary steps to improve their overall well-being.

It is natural o desire to better one's life, whether via healing, learning, or development. The soul loves new experiences and hence propels one in the direction of the transformation it desires. Nonetheless, the human spirit – divine human nature – understands that people are already flawless, entire, and complete.

Despite this, people frequently let the desires of others or outside influences lead the way, either forgetting or dismissing their spiritual perfection within and, therefore, wind up in a depression or self-debilitating mentality. Some people get stuck in an endless circle of continuously striving to please and gain the validation of others.

The message we constantly get is that the current versions of ourselves are undeserving, which leads us to place too much emphasis on some "future you" and not enough (or none at all) on the current you.

As a result, your self-love, self-worth, and self-value will always be something you have yet to acquire. To say the least, this dead-end pattern leaves you frustrated and fatigued. This is where LaShun Teboh steps in, she is the lighthouse in the raging sea of depression, confusion, and low self-esteem. She has committed her life to the service of women and their greater good.

Seen today as an esteemed entrepreneur, “Glow Up” life coach, and mother, Miss LaShun Teboh had this to say, “ I didn't always look like this, I came from a place of low esteem and had no value of myself and who I was. I was in pieces and those pieces were scattered. I put on a mask daily to let the world know I was okay, but inside I was a mess. My inner self was not my friend, I beat myself down daily.

My thoughts were limiting and damaging to my ego. I stayed small, I dared not dream of becoming something more." Many women go through these inner turmoils, confusion, low-self esteem, weight issues, and imposter syndrome. That is why LaShun Teboh made it her mission to create a safe space, for women across all races, ethnicities, Economic classes, or creeds. In ancient times women often withdrew to safe spaces to share secrets of womanhood, healing, and renewal. LaShun Teboh's life coaching sessions are reminiscent of these ancient feminine ways.
