MIC stresses the need for proper education before trading heavily to minimize losses. As such, they offer day trading resources and one-on-one mentorship to help beginners mitigate risks and improve their performance on the stock market.
Risk management is one of the most important aspects of day trading. Traders who learn risk management strategies will be able to assess the stock and determine what factors can lead to loss - including company leadership, earnings reports, and tax filings. MIC explains that once they know how to identify risks, traders will be able to mitigate them and avoid losses.
MIC also emphasizes the importance of technical and fundamental analysis and using live market recaps - all of which help traders pick stocks. All these are taught by professional traders with years of experience. Students are also provided with trading blueprints, which include pre-planned price levels, entries, exits, and stops - the same ones seasoned traders use to make their picks. These are sent out to the students every day so they have a guide when making their own stock choices.
About 'My Investing Club'
Founded with a mission to educate beginner day traders and help them succeed, MIC currently has over 2,000 active chatroom members. Co-founders Alex Temiz, Bao Nguyen, and Tosh Bradley have recently also started a podcast called MIC After Hours, where successful traders share their experiences. In one of the recent episodes, a struggling trader achieved consistency by applying MIC’s trading principles and using the trading blueprint. He said that as soon as he started setting proper stops, he was able to control the risks he was taking with his trades, improving his outcomes.
