CocoFit Online is an online personal training fitness program, which has just launched and includes tailored home and gym workout programs. CocoFit Online specializes in providing people with customized fitness regimens and nutrition plans to achieve their fitness goals.

More information can be found at https://www.cocofitonline.com/workout-only-program

The newly launched workout program aims to provide people from all walks of life with simple-to-follow home or gym workouts that are guaranteed to yield results.

According to Matthew Pacheco, the fitness trainer behind CocoFit, not everyone has the same fitness goals—some may want to build some muscle, some may want to lose a few pounds, while some may want to gain more energy to fulfill daily tasks. These varying goals entail specific workouts and nutrition plans to achieve the desired results. To be able to help more people get to where they want to be in fitness, Matthew is now offering personalized home and gym fitness regimens.

The home and gym workout only program starts out with a questionnaire on what one’s fitness goals are. Based on the answers, Matthew, also known as Coco, then creates a personalized workout plan that works towards those goals.

The program includes online personal training sessions as well as follow-along workouts which have been filmed in advance. The program is laid out using a calendar where the user begins his fitness journey by tapping on the Day 1 icon. Workouts progress as each day passes.

The program also includes progress tracking to keep the users motivated as they move through their fitness regimens. And if some workouts cannot be completed due to physical limitations or injuries, there are many options for alternative exercises that can be done safely while still keeping the user on track. Users can also opt to join monthly fitness competitions to push their fitness capabilities.

One can sign up to CocoFit’s home and gym workout only plans for as low as $20 per month or $50 per quarter. Users may opt to cancel their subscriptions anytime.
