CyberKord raises €2.7 million to automate IT and cybersecurity with artificial intelligence

Nov 3, 2026

milan, Lombardy Nov 3, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - CyberKord, an Italian startup developing an AI platform to automate the handling of IT and cybersecurity issues, which uses a Digital Twin of the IT infrastructure to take corporate security from detection to resolution, announces the closing of a 2.7 million Pre-Seed round. The round is led by 360 Capital, with the participation of Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento.

Founded in Milan in 2026 by Alessandro Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli, CyberKord was created to close the gap between how fast threats are detected and how long it takes to resolve them. Security tools find a problem in minutes. Fixing it still takes days, because every access request or incident passes through a person's hands. Meanwhile, companies add systems and AI agents every week and attacks are accelerating: in 2025, the average time between initial access and lateral movement by hackers dropped to 29 minutes (CrowdStrike 2026 Global Threat Report). In Italy, the Clusit Report 2026 recorded 507 serious attacks in 2025, up 42% on the previous year.

CyberKord takes on this work. Its AI starts from an alert, a ticket or a message on a messaging system such as Teams or Slack, identifies the cause, simulates the fix and applies it with the tools already in use. The company decides how much autonomy to grant, and every action is logged and verifiable. The difference from existing alternatives on the market is clear: other tools tell the team what to fix, CyberKord fixes it.

The platform connects to the tools already in use, in the cloud or on-premise, without requiring existing tools to be replaced. The team gets time back for architecture, evolution projects and the decisions that truly require human expertise.

With the new capital, CyberKord will develop the platform and launch its first pilot projects with large European companies in manufacturing, tech, healthcare and telecommunications. The company also plans to expand the team, with a focus on tech and commercial profiles.

"Companies add infrastructure, software and AI agents every week, and operational work grows faster than any team. As a result, the time of expert professionals ends up in patches, access requests and incidents, one ticket at a time. We built an artificial intelligence that does that work on its own, from start to finish, and shows every step. The team chooses how far to let it act and takes back time for architecture, projects and the decisions it was hired for. We thank 360 Capital, Plus Partners, Addendum and Vento for believing in us and for their support in the next phase of growth," says Alessandro Maggio, Co-founder and CEO of CyberKord.

"Companies already have advanced tools to detect cyber threats, but turning that information into concrete action remains a complex, slow and often manual process. This is exactly where we see the potential of CyberKord: not another security tool, but a platform that integrates existing tools, reconstructs the relationships between systems and identities and makes interventions faster and more targeted. We decided to invest in a team with very strong technical skills and an ambitious vision, because we believe this approach can represent a significant evolution in how large companies manage their cybersecurity", says Francesco Zambelli, Investor at 360 Capital.

CyberKord aims to become the reference operating infrastructure for the autonomous management of IT and cybersecurity, helping to redefine how companies govern technological complexity and security in a market where relying solely on manual processes is less and less sustainable.

About CyberKord

CyberKord is an Italian cybersecurity startup founded in Milan in February 2026 by Alessandro Maggio (CEO), Dragos Tanasa (CAIO) and Cosimo Michelagnoli (CTO). With AI, hackers find a vulnerability in minutes, while closing it still takes days or weeks. CyberKord closes this gap with an artificial intelligence that takes on IT and cybersecurity operational work from start to finish: it maps the infrastructure and helps teams identify and resolve vulnerabilities, compromised access and incidents at the speed of the attack. It connects to the tools already in use, in the cloud or on-premise, and frees teams for the decisions that matter. The company is backed by 360 Capital, Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento, and in 2026 closed a 2.7 million Pre-Seed round.
