Creative Biogene Releases A Series of Humanized Murine Tumor Cell Lines for Biology Research

May 8, 2023

New York City, New York May 8, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Creative Biogene, one of the top leading biotechnology products and services providers, is dedicated to developing a seamlessly integrated platform for efficient antibody drug discovery and validation, including animal model generation, therapeutic antibody discovery, and in vivo/in vitro preclinical validation studies with cutting-edge gene editing technologies and a state-of-the-art animal facility. Creative Biogene is capable to advance life sciences with high-quality and customized models to push the boundary of the utilization of humanized target models in biomedical research. Recently, Creative Biogene announced the release of its humanized murine tumor cell lines to support biology research.

Mouse cancer cell lines are useful tools for studying the biological processes that control tumor growth. Specific applications of murine cancer cell lines include mechanistic studies in vitro and syngeneic tumor growth assays in vivo. For these syngeneic models, isolated mouse cancer cell lines are implanted into immunocompetent mice of the same strain/genetic background. Tumor cells that the mice recognize as "self" can be successfully implanted using a syngeneic model.

To facilitate anti-tumor efficacy research, Creative Biogene provides a variety of ready-to-use humanized mouse cancer cell lines. When implanted into humanized immune checkpoint mice, genetically engineered to express human immune checkpoint proteins, the efficacy of human immune checkpoint antibodies or inhibitors can be evaluated in vivo.

Based on gene editing technology, a part of the mouse F3 gene is replaced by the open reading frame of the human F3 gene with an exogenous promoter. Meanwhile, a frameshift was introduced into the coding region of the mouse F3 gene, resulting in the loss of mouse F3 protein expression and stable expression of human F3 protein. Creative Biogene provides a series of humanized mouse tumor cell lines genetically engineered to express human immune checkpoint proteins, which can be used to evaluate the efficacy of human immune checkpoint antibodies or inhibitors in vivo and provide cell line models for screening tumor cells. Preclinical immuno-oncology drug candidates.

"Creative Biogene offers a stable expression of a gene of interest (GOI) via plasmid transfection or lentiviral transduction. Our scientists have many years of experience in achieving stable cell lines for gene overexpression, covering GPCR, reporter gene, and ion channel stable cell lines." said Marcia Brady, the marketing director of Creative Biogene, she also claimed, "Our state-of-the-art laboratories staffed by some of the most trained and experienced subject matter experts in the field will support your research with fast turnaround times and competitive pricing."
