The channel was launched with a video named: “Learn to Make a Yummy Tofu Veggie Pie”. The video provides a visual demonstration on how to make a nutritious meal all while detailing every step of it.
The video clip is about 10 minutes long and recorded in a clear and concise way, where it’s possible to see every detail of the food preparation.
Furthermore, in the video Eva O., demonstrates which vegetables should be added into the mix in order to get a delicious and healthy tofu veggie pie. Eva also explains which type of flour is best to use for this type of pie.
The YouTube video also demonstrates how and when to mix in every ingredients from the beginning to the end. The viewers get to see all of the food preparation steps from the raw state to the finished dish.
