FORT WORTH, Texas, United States - June 9, 2017 /PressReleaseAgency/ —
A new blockchain digital asset token called Real Estate Token or RET is now available on ACCHAIN.ORG. The token, issued by Hong Kong based Meiyingju Group (International) Company Limited (MGI), is backed by a $655 million residential development project in Fort Worth. The project called Serene Sendera Ranch is a 2,385-home residential community to be developed by Serene Country Homes, an up-and-coming developer based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Through RET, property investors now have a great alternative to enjoy capital appreciation in strong housing markets. Compared to purchasing overseas properties, RET is more liquid because it can be traded on several digital asset exchange platforms. Token holders can also opt to use their tokens to purchase a home in the development. A future RET ecosystem expansion is also being planned that would allow holders to use their tokens to invest in select digital asset funds. Collins Barrow Toronto has been engaged to structure the fund for qualified investors looking to benefit from the enormous potential of blockchain commercial applications. Further expansions will also allow token holders to purchase goods and services from participating merchants.
RET is generated through ACCHAIN, a platform and tool leading the development of commercial applications of blockchain technology. By using blockchain in the digitization process, all the participants in the transaction enjoy the security and convenience the technology offers.
MGI's token offering is exclusively available to all non-US citizens or residents. The Initial Coin Offering (ICO) of RET will run from June 9 – 24. After the ICO, RET can be purchased through ACCHAIN's supernodes or through digital asset trading platforms.
NOTE: The previous press release regarding Serene Country Homes and the launch of a digital asset token called RET, erroneously stated that Serene Country Homes was launching or offering the tokens. This was incorrect. The offering is being made by MGI with the help of ACCHAIN, exclusively to non-US citizens or residents. Serene Country Homes has contracted with MGI to build the homes in Serene Sendera Ranch and to manage, sell and lease homes for the group. Serene Country Homes will be the exclusive contractor and developer for the development project, but is not involved in the offering of the tokens.
