Linda Jenkins Garcia has completed her new book “Mr. Bear Goes Nowhere”: an engaging and potent journey of a bear as he wanders aimlessly around a forest.
Linda shares, “A simple story of wonder and adventure as seen through the eyes of a young black bear.”
Published by Newman Springs Publishing, Linda Jenkins Garcia’s whimsical tale follows Mr. Bear, a young black bear, as he decides to take a walk, with no particular destination in sight. Mr. Bear walks to the forest and follows a variety of different path before realizing that he is passing by the same locations. After taking many paths, Mr. Bear becomes frustrated that his journey is too monotonous.
The next day, Mr. Bear goes back on his journey and seeks the assistance of his friend, Mr. Buck. With Mr. Buck’s guidance, Mr. Bear comes to realize that while his journey did not lead anywhere in particular, the act of wandering around the forest was the real adventure the whole time.
Readers who wish to experience this charming work can purchase “Mr. Bear Goes Nowhere” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iBooks Store, Amazon, or Barnes & Noble.
